We guide logistics processes for the continuous improvement of our performance, through a human team committed to maintain high levels of quality and service. Our processes are adjusted every day in accordance with the requirements of the environment to ensure a continuous improvement in the quality of services.
We promote a safe work environment. Reflected in the health and wellbeing of people, protection of the environment and company’s assets. To achieve this, our personnel is constantly trained on safe operating practices, the proper use of safety equipment, damages, risks and effects of using alcohol, illicit drugs, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. We conduct periodic and random tests to rule out violations.
In ANAVA we collaborate with TRASO, a social transformation collective, where we join efforts for education, responsible, participative and leading citizenship in Cartagena and Bolívar. Through this collaboration we contribute to Fondo Unido (United Way Worldwide), where we participate with Payroll Voluntary Contributions (AVN, for its initials in Spanish). The resources of ANAVA Fondo Unido are allocated to the Boomerang scholarship project, Center of Excellence for the Early Childhood and the Pasacaballos music school.
