It has been over a decade where, beyond moving cargo and coordinating logistical operations, we have contributed to development, quality of life and generation of new opportunities; thanks to those who have trusted us to be their Logistics Partner. Below we present the most important milestones of this story.
This change of trademark is also a change of the business name of our companies, aiming for the internationalization and growth of our business along with the opening of offices in the U.S.A.
We will continue making an impact with innovative logistics solutions beyond borders, which will enable us to satisfactorily meet and exceed our BHAG 2025, positioning ourselves as leaders in the Integrated Logistics Solutions.
Our invoicing increased by 94% from the previous year. We started a restructuring plan for the company with new goals focused on BHAG, which objective is to increase the income by 11 times in comparison with 2020.
While the world paused, this family grew. At the beginning of the pandemic, we had 148 workers and at the end of that year we had 308, a 108% increase in our labor force that was reflected in an 84% invoicing increase.
– We were enabled as users of services in the Free Zone Parque Central.
In April we started to participate in last-mile delivery, transporting 1.8 million boxes per year. Our invoicing increased by 43% in comparison with the previous year.
We started our first Distribution Center transporting over 1.2 million boxes per year, with a 103% increase in invoicing vs. previous year.
2017 – 2021
Turning point with annual growths above 65%.
Starting of imports and exports operations, unloading, warehousing at port, logistical operation and urban transportation of Tenaris.
Link international successfully transports oversized cargo between Ontario, Canada and Buenaventura, Colombia.
-Okianus Terminals starts operations exporting 6.000 MT of palm oil.
-Link Group acquires a shareholding in APIX PACÍFICO to consolidate the provision of services in Buenaventura.
-We won the contract to operate the Bavaria-Sabmiller port terminal with 300.000 TM per year.
-Link Group ends the year with a volume of more than 2.5 million mobilized tons.
Link International S.A.S. was founded to develop our operation as an International Freight Forwarder. Representation contracts are signed with international allies.
The year ended with a volume of more than 1.5 million mobilized tons.
-We announced the partnership with MID SHIP to strengthen the Maritime Brokerage service.
-OKIANUS TERMINALS is founded to operate our first port terminal for liquids.
-The first operating facilities are opened in the Cartagena Industrial Zone and Link Logistics S.A.S. is founded.
-We entered the Maritime Brokerage business through the new Link Ship Corp.
-The first ITR operation is carried out with Tenaris pipes containers.
-We won the tender for the logistical operation OLECAR-Pacific Rubiales oil pipeline.
Link Group accompanies the operation of the Equion Shore Base for the offshore oil and gas exploration.
The first port operation is conducted through the Mamonal Port, serving a Diaco vessel loaded with steel, 900MT.
Link Marine S.A.S. is founded to integrate logistics processes, undertaking the marketing of Gulf Marine Lubricants.
Link Marine S.A.S. changed its corporate image and becomes Link Group.
